6-in-1 Combo

Flu A&B / COVID / RSV / ADV / MP Antigen Combo Test
Combined antigen test for influenza A/B, SARS-CoV-2, Respiratory syncytial virus, Adenovirus and Mycoplasma pneumoniae
The FluA&B/COVID/RSV/ADV/MP Antigen Combo Test is intended for rapid, qualitative detection of Influenza A&B (Flu A&B), 2019-nCoV, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Adenovirus (ADV) and Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) antigen extracted from a nasopharyngeal swab or oropharyngeal swab specimen.
Influenza spreads through respiratory droplets and peaks in autumn and winter. COVID-19, with a 1 to 14-day incubation, causes fever, fatigue, and cough. RSV mainly affects children, spreads via droplets, and peaks in winter. Adenovirus causes respiratory and gastrointestinal infections. Mycoplasma pneumoniae, responsible for atypical pneumonia, spreads year-round, mostly in autumn and winter.

1 pre-installed extraction buffer (800μL)
2 sterile swabs
1 leaflet with instructions for use
How to test yourself
1. Gently and slowly insert a swab through the nostril parallel to the palate until resistance is encountered. Leave swab in place for several seconds to absorb secretions.
2. Slowly remove swab while rotating it.
3. Use the second swab to collect specimen in the same way as described above to the other nostril.
4. Unscrew the lid of the pre-installed extraction buffer.
5. Place the swab sample in the extraction tube. Rotate the swab tip 10 times. Leave the swab in the extraction buffer for 1 minute.
6. Take out the swab while squeezing the extraction tube and cover the lid.
7. Unscrew the small cap at the top of the extraction tube. Invert the extraction tube, hold the extraction tube vertically and add 2~3 drops (about 60 μL) processed specimen to each sample well.
8. Start the timer. Wait for 15 minutes and read the results.
